Shipping & Delivery
Sausages are perishable so we offer two options for delivery: Royal Mail guaranteed next day delivery or courier delivery. Obviously, if you live in the Highlands and Islands, it will have to be Royal Mail and we're sorry that we can only deliver to the islands where Royal Mail assure next day delivery - you don't want a smelly parcel of rotting meat turning up 4 or 5 days after we sent it out! For customers in the local area, our courier service offers a special, low rate of only £4, which you will be automatically offered if it applies to your postcode. Please remember that our sausages are hand made and totally fresh, so it may be a day or two before we make the sausages to fulfil your order - if you need them urgently, please call us before placing the order to talk to us about it.
Collection
If you live locally, you may prefer to collect your pork and sausages and we are available at the following times:

Tuesday 10 a.m. to 11 a.m., or Friday 5 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Other times by arrangement.
Weights & Delivery
If you opt to use our courier service, you can have up to 20 kilos delivered for one delivery charge. This makes it very economical to shop in bulk.
Privacy & Security
Don't worry, we probably hate spam (not the piggy meat sort of spam!) more than you do, so we won't share your email address with anyone else at all. If you sign up for the Newsletter, we'll send you these occasionally, which may contain offers and recipes and interesting hints and tips. You can unsubscribe from the Newsletter at any time you wish.
Returns & Replacements
If you're unhappy with any of The Sausage Shed products, please phone us - it's probably not a good idea to return meat products through the post, so tell us if there's anything wrong so that we can sort it out for you. Actually, we'd love to hear from you if there's nothing wrong and you like the products too - there's nothing like a bit of praise to cheer us up!
Ordering
Currently, you can order through the website and send a cheque or money order for the goods, or we take PayPal and credit card payments. If you'd prefer to talk to a human being, give us a call on 01460 249479 to place your order.
Viewing Orders
Once you have placed an order, our system will send out a confirmation to your email address and you'll get another when the order is shipped. You can check on your orders in the My Account area, provided that you have registered with The Sausage Shed website.
Updating Account Information
Please ensure that your delivery and billing addresses are up-to-date; these can be changed in the My Account area of the website. If you have any queries, please don't hesitate to give us a call so that we can help out.
