Finest Somerset pork sausages made from Gloucester Old Spot and Large White pigs using the finest cuts of meat and a minimum of 75% meat.

We use the finest cuts of meat and the sausages are made from Gloucester Old Spot and Large White pigs reared locally, where the pigs range free outdoor in the Summer with barn shelter in the Winter, ensuring that the animals are happy and healthy.

We butcher and make all our own sausages in ultra modern facilities, and we ensure that we work with local farmers to pay a fair price which ensures constant quality and traceability. Wherever possible we use local flavours and ingredients to enhance your taste experience.

Sausages are packed by weight and sold in either 450g. packs or 5Kg bags; because our sausages are hand made, they vary in size slightly, minimum pack size is 430 grams. The sausages in the 5 kilogram bag are provided as strings of sausages so that you can either use or freeze them in amounts to suit. Please note that as these sausages are hand made, they will vary in size. If you have a special requirement, for instance you must have six sausages, please make a note during the check-out process.
