   We fed 200 people with these and the marmalade version for our daughter's wedding, having sampled our way through dozens of locally produced sausages. this one was everyone's top choice.    A friend treated me to 2 packs of Sausage Shed Sausages, Cider and also Marmalade.
   
   These sausages are no ordinary sausages, the aroma brought back memories from 40 years ago! When they were grilling, they released this scent that was identical to the sausages my mother used to cook 40 years ago, the scent of real meat, ... a propper butcher's sausage, so that was a very pleasant experience right from the start.
   
   I placed the sausages under a medium grill to cook. Normally, the kitchen would end up in a cloud of smoking fat, but I have to say that I was really happily surprised again, no smoke!
   
   After grilling these sausages, my grill pan was completely dry, no fat dripping from the sausages at all. This has never happened before!!! They are made from quality meat, not fat and cereal.
   
   The taste was really nice, a very firm meaty bite, and very easy to cut or slice.
   
   Although they are a bit more expensive than supermarket sausages, they are certainly worth more than double!
   
   My husband can normally eat 4 supermarket sausages, but he could only eat 2 of the Sausage Shed Sausages, they are really filling, full of pure meat, no fat, and certainly much healthier!!
   
   These sausages are the only sausages I have eaten during the past 40 years, that are as good as the ones my mum used to cook!!!

   These sausages are just divine - they are packed with flavour and there's a lovely tang of cider and enough heat from the mustard, without burning your mouth, so that each forkful pleases. Pork, cider and mustard sausages with creamy mash and some vegetables is a perfect supper! (Posted on 11/05/2009)
