Finest Pork with Burrow Hill Cider and Mustard sausages, succulent and substantial, containing minimum 75% meat. Our Traditional Pork sausages have won both national and regional BPeX and National Federation of Meat Silver Awards (2008 and 2009).
We use the finest cuts of meat and the sausages are made from Gloucester Old Spot and Large White pigs reared locally, where the pigs range free outdoor in the Summer with barn shelter in the Winter, ensuring that the animals are happy and healthy.
We butcher and make all our own sausages in ultra modern facilities, and we ensure that we work with local farmers to pay a fair price which ensures constant quality and traceability. Wherever possible we use local flavours and ingredients to enhance your taste experience.
Sausages are packed by weight and sold in approx. 450g. packs; this normally yields 5 sausages. Because our sausages are hand made, they vary in size slightly, minimum pack size is 430 grams. Please note that as these sausages are hand made, they will vary in size. If you have a special requirement, for instance you must have six sausages, please make a note during the check-out process.
