Finest Somerset Pork Scotch Eggs. We use free range eggs and the finest cuts of pork for the surrounding meat. This is made from Gloucester Old Spot and Large White pigs reared locally, where the pigs range free outdoor in the Summer with barn shelter in the Winter, ensuring that the animals are happy and healthy.
We butcher and make all our own Scotch eggs in ultra modern facilities, and we ensure that we work with local farmers to pay a fair price which ensures constant quality and traceability. Wherever possible we use local flavours and ingredients to enhance your taste experience.
Sausages are packed by weight and sold in approx. 450g. packs; this normally yields 5 sausages. Because our scotch eggs are hand made, they vary in size and weight slightly.
